How do they do it? I don’t understand how UPS still can be in business!!! Seriously. Many of my vendors for Harlequin Tea ship with UPS. I just made an order with Vistaprint that was supposed to be here tomorrow, August 24th. I wasn’t sure if it was today or tomorrow it was supposed to be here so I went in and looked. On Vistaprint’s page it said tomorrow. No problem. I don’t necessarily need the stuff until next week so I’m all good. But just for fun, I went to see the tracking of the package! “Package delayed, location unknown”. You said what? I’m so mad I didn’t take a screenshot of the screen. Did they lose my package? They better freaking find it!

It is the same thing every time. With all the orders I’ve had this year from vendors (about 10), I think 3 had made it on the scheduled day. One package that was late was so banged up, glad it was tea that was well packaged and bagged so it didn’t break. All the other orders has been at least 24 hours late and at the most 4 days delayed. I have tried to address this issue with UPS and they’re saying bullshit things like it’s the weather… too hot or what? I have simply given up.

I did go in and see just before writing this to see if there is an update. The package seem to be found HALLELUJAH. And it is expected to be here on Friday… hahahah. It’s a long time until Friday, how many times can they lose it until then you think?

One thing I bring with me from this year… try to avoid using UPS!
