Must say it is convenient when you have two meetings at the same restaurant. Alfredo’s in Forney are hosting a bunch of meetings every week.

I started the morning with a MetroTex Realtor meeting. Always good to catch up with other realtors and vendors in the area. It was a well attended meeting. I was lucky to win a $25 Amazon gift card too! Yay me! And I got to see a long lost friend, Tesha Shannon. We networked together many years ago, before I started EMS but lost contact when I stopped networking. Then when I became a realtor she connected again, turned out she became a realtor in 2020. So good to see her!

After this meeting I made my way over to the other meeting room to attend Forney Area Networking Group. Standard on Tuesdays. But yesterday I was having a presentation about Harlequin Tea. It was my first presentation about my little business ever so I was excited.

My goal is to have entertaining and informative presentations and I think I did pretty good. I got them to laugh a couple of times at least. Looked at the pictures and I look like a goofball 😂. But it was worth it as I got good feedback afterwards!

I at least had a good time so not much more I could do. I was surprised it was as well attended as it was. The last couple of days rain, graduations, people traveling etc I thought it maybe less. But it was a good networking both before and after which was fun! Kind of the purpose with being here!
