It is always an honor to guide someone through the process of buying a house. It is a big deal to invest in a new property! And today I had the honor to be sitting at the table when my client Ms. Debbie signed the paperwork for her new home in Lindale, TX!

I am so happy for her. The last two times we have been at the house the neighbors has come out and welcomed her and ensured that they will be there for her. It was so comforting and blessing to know that she will be in a nice neighborhood. It made me so warm inside. Even today, when we went to pick up the key in the lockbox, they came out and welcomed her again! I hope she will get many happy years in this house!
