Never in my wildest fantasies would I have imagined that I would have two houses under contract in less than a week! But I do!

It is amazing! This house is located in Winona, TX. Yes, it is not my usual area but the clients wanted me to show it to them so why not? I knew them since earlier and I really wanted to help them.

The first house we have under contract will be closed in the beginning of next week and I hope that this one will close within two weeks. We will “fall behind” a couple of days due to Thanksgiving next week but it’s okay. I absolutely love when things are moving fast and that’s absolutely what it does right now. I didn’t have any plans for yesterday thankfully because once this was accepted it was quite some stuff to get done.
