Like I didn’t have enough licenses or things to keep up with, I am now a Texas Licensed Notary Public!

What in the world? Why now this you may think… why not? It may help a little in the real estate world and I always see on social media “I need a notary ASAP”… so I figured it wouldn’t hurt. So if you have anything that needs to be notarized, feel free to give me a pling!

Today has been busy with networking. Fun and very useful networking! I first had a one-on-one with Ronna Smith. She is a lender with Service First Mortgage. It was so awesome because she has a lot of promotional stuff that she can help me with! If you follow my real estate pages you will probably see more of her in the future!

Then was the regular Forney Area Networking Group! Always very useful. And today the speaker was Joe Roberts with Secured Notary Services who just before the meeting swore me in! That was very convenient for me!
And I had to take a picture of Alfredo’s Salad Bar… here you are thinking you are eating healthy and you pour all that good dressing over… but doesn’t it just look delicious!!!

And afterwards me and Tammy Kelly sat down for a chat. She is an appraiser with The Appraisal Connection. And she told me all about what she as an appraiser do and look at when they go out and appraisal the houses. I learned so much about all that stuff today! It was awesome!

Must admit I’m a little tired right now but also happy! It was a good day! Hopefully my notary stamps will come in the mail tomorrow or Thursday so I can start advertising about it!
