This entire blog post is probably going to either raise some eyebrows or just confuse people… just saying…
But you know when you have an idea and you would like to pursue that idea but you can’t. For whatever reason. That’s where I am. I have this business idea of what I would love to do but there is no way on this planet earth I can do it right now due to financial reasons. Not saying it will never happen, just saying that the time is not right now. Yet I am quite obsessed with my dream and idea and is constantly developing it in my mind. Mom always said “Dreams are the last thing leaving a person”. And that is true.

I am not going into everything I have in my mind because then someone will take my idea… not happening. But something I would love to do again is starting up the networking groups & meetings. This is though far from the big dream I have by the way… Before I began my EMS career I had a company, Harlequin Solutions, that helped small businesses with anything they didn’t have time for. And one of the things I did was to organize networking meetings for mini & small businesses. When I say mini businesses I’m talking about the little side hustle you have just for fun, maybe not bringing in the big money but you enjoy making a little business out of your hobby. Those who doesn’t have a Chamber Of Commerce on their mind, thinking that is for “big businesses”.
It was actually quite successful meetings we had and it was a lot of fun.
At the time I had these meetings mostly in Terrell and around Kaufman County but I’m thinking about somewhere in Van Zandt County. I’m thinking about not having it at the same place every time to give people a little opportunity for less travel… then is the question how often? Probably once a month… And then maybe once a quarter have a zoom meeting? And it will be in the evenings so everyone with a regular job can attend.

I think everyone knows by now that I run Harlequin Tea… but what you may not know is that Harlequin Tea is actually a brand owned by my company Harlequin International, LLC.

So my thought is to start off January 2024 with these networking opportunities. So if you know any location in East Texas that would work as a gathering spot please let me know! It would be awesome if they had some kind of possibility to a TV screen or to show a slideshow. I can bring a screen, just easier not to…
