It is all complete! I am beyond excited!
When I looked at TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) website yesterday it said that they ere about a week behind processing licenses and that DPS had software issues that may delay getting approval. So I thought that about end of next week would be a fair guess that I would get it all together. I knew once I had the number it would only take hours to be activated with Star Spangled Real Estate.
But when I checked my email at 5:30am this morning I had an email saying that I was already approved and I was able to request broker. Said and done and I can now call me Real Estate Agent!

I am so excited about this new adventure! I had prepared a instagram account that I made active this morning. Www.instagram.com/ceciliatxrealestate More social media will come but I’m working all weekend so it will be a while until it is up and running.
What an amazing start of the day. When you don’t expect anything for several days and then it’s just there!
I can’t wait for Monday to start digging in and learn more about real real estate life!
