I got an email this morning from LinkedIn. I’m not super active there. But someone wanted to add to my network so I went in and did the actions needed for that. Then I realized how out of date my profile was so I updated it just a tad. While doing that I realized that The Swexan Podcast should probably be on there. I know when I started the podcast I didn’t feel that was the forum but with the little different approach for 2023, that is absolutely a place the podcast need to be. So the work started. I created a page for the podcast. Okay, that’s not biggie you may think but here is the thing… on the Swexan logo is all the social media logos that we are on represented. That means that the logo had to be updated (again) and absolutely everywhere that logo is has to be modified or updated… Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Website, all graphics created for 2023 such as cover, ads, you name it. And don’t think that you can make one and poof everything is fixed. Not one single platform has the same measurements on their graphics so you have to create at least one logo for each almost. And to add to it, I have a square logo with the flag as a background and I have a logo without a background and now also one with a Santa hat on it, just because I was anyway doing it…

It is quite fun to sit and work with so I’m not complaining but I didn’t think about the waves of work a little addition would have when I started the project.

But I need to sit still as much as I can. Yesterday afternoon I was sitting in front of the computer when suddenly I got a super sharp pain in my left chest, just where the pacemaker is. I became nauseous and dizzy and started shaking for about 2-3 minutes. Then it almost went away as fast as it came. I have never experienced anything like that before. No palpitations, no hard time breathing. I had some discomfort for a long time afterwards. Decided to go and feed the horses before anything worse happened. No problem but when I came home the dizziness came back so I went to bed. Slept like a rock. Didn’t have any problems when I woke up this morning but just need to take it easy it feels like. Especially since I have a performance tomorrow as well so I’m not in the mood of taking any risks.

Started the logo project and then at 8 I headed to the barn. I was getting help with hauling a round bale of hay from the feed store to the farm. It’s supposed to be super cold next week and I want the girls to have access to food 24/7. Sadly, it’s not as good quality as the square bales of hay but it is better than nothing. And for about 5 minutes the girls liked it but they had just eaten their breakfast with 7 lbs of hay included…

Look at the picture to the right… you can really see the size difference between Amaria and Acriz. Well between Acriz and Dallas too. Have in mind that they are the same bloodline sort of… Amaria is only 2 weeks older than Acriz. That’s why I call them Maxi and Mini!!!

Well, It’s only 11 am, soon time to get some lunch ready and time for an afternoon nap maybe. I am as I said, not doing very much today…
