I’m Bringing It Back!

It wasn’t intentional. I didn’t plan on having a 4 months break from The Swexan Podcast. Time was simply not enough for me. Remember when the horses came home in August, it was quite a shift in my schedule. A good change if you ask me. I said to myself “next week” but time just ran away.

In November something happened with the podcast’s social media channels. Out of nowhere I could notice an increase of likes and follows. People started to wonder what happened and when another episode would come out. I almost felt ashamed not being able to give a good answer. I wanted to come back. Then just a couple of days ago Spotify started to release their statistics for the year. Friends thanked me for the podcast on social media. And when the podcasts own stats came out I realized that I both wanted and needed to figure out a way to get it back on the air.

So here we go again… I have done some visible changes already. Upgraded the logo a little when it comes to small things that you probably didn’t think about until I said it. I have changed the background flags to something a little bit more dramatic than before. I like this much better!

And as always when you change something like this you have to change it on all social media channels… Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and the website. So over the weekend I was able to finish all that and also kick off the social media with some new posts. Sunday I blasted many of the Swedish-American groups on Facebook with an ad searching for guests for 2023

So… January 2, 2023 is the date when The Swexan Podcast is coming back on the air. Two significant changes… it will be a bi-weekly podcast instead of weekly. It gives me time to figure it all out. And it will come out on Mondays instead of Thursdays. I don’t think it will matter what day of the week it actually comes out but it works better for me this way.

Hopefully people will join me again. I have already one guest lined up for January 16th so I’m very excited about that. 2023 will be a great year! I have a very positive feeling about it!
