It is over a year ago I was in the studio. It felt like forever. But yesterday was the day again! I was so excited. This is a project that I am super excited about. It is a song that fits my voice very well and it also has Swedish connections.

Paul, my producer had made the music and I heard it a couple of days ago. Wow. It was awesome, and at that point it wasn’t even done! So going into the studio the expectations was high and it was fun!

The recording went well, it took about 4 hours to get it all done. We are goofing around a lot and I screw up quite a lot as well so time just goes. But we got it done. Now Paul will put his magic on it and make it sound really awesome. I am going to pay all the licensing today and I believe around December 1st we will reveal what song it is. At that time we will have sent it off to the distributor to be released on all major platforms. I really hope you will like it!

Last shift at work we had a patient that was afraid of needles. So when my partner was going to place an IV I had to distract her. I always have the perfect topic to distract a person. I start with food. Then I mention that I have banana on my taco and/or pizza. That makes people think more about the food than what’s going on in their arm. And it worked this time too! It is a very controversial thing here in US while in Sweden we put both banana, bacon, peanuts and whatever on our tacos. That entire conversation made me long for tacos so on my way home from the studio yesterday I stopped by Brookshire’s and got me some ingredients… here is proof, I put banana on my tacos!

If you haven’t tried it you maybe want to consider it… it is so good. Yes I have meat on it too, it’s just not visible under al the other stuff. This taco was a little overfull so to say! But delicious! I call this a Scandinavian Taco…
