I wasn’t even prepared of this myself to be honest. If you would have told me before the weekend that on Monday you will launch a little online store I would have said No. Yet, here we are.

It came about that I was sitting and scrolling through Facebook and found an ad about turning photos into products and arts. I don’t know why my eyes became attracted to just that ad but I started to check it out and before I knew it I had started a little store on my page ceciliawichmann.com. But as I progressed I realized that it was possible to integrate it with Shopify and that would most likely be better and easier. So I started to play around with pictures and products and before I knew it I had a store with a couple of items! Without noticing it, when I uploaded items to the shop it was shared on my Facebook page and people started to liking the pictures and before I knew it, it was “official” that something was going on.

And now what? Well, you know me, it is all or nothing right. It was already out there that something was happening and I could as well keep going. So now I did an entire brand of it all and the ideas in my head are endless! Right now there are just some pictures and mugs but it will expand in a little while, be so sure! I am still very much on exploring stadium. Trying to figure all this out! Some of the ideas I have is to do a full Sunflower Collection and I am working on an EMS Collection. Right now there is just mugs and posters in the shop but there will be clothes and so much more. I am also planning on having some items here at home and attend events and have a little booth when time allows.

So of course, since all this went so fast, and most likely will be a little bigger than I initially had intended I had to create another Facebook page for the shop. You can find it here: https://facebook.com/ceciliawichmanndesign and since I already had an instagram account I just changed the handle and logos everywhere to the new brand.

I will try to be very thoroughly about using this navy blue and gold as my colors all over. I like this logo a lot and now it seems like I know why I had that weird idea to get me a logo a couple of months ago. For no reason, remember? And now I have ordered new business cards, price tags, stickers and have so much more in the works!

A lot of work is ahead of me but it is also fun! I hope that people will like what I do and support it. At least on social media! As of right now the new Facebook page has 78 likes which is absolutely awesome considering it’s 24 hours since I created the page!
