The other day when I was mowing I saw some strange spots under one of the tires of my car. I couldn’t for my world figure out where it came from. I didn’t look that thoroughly but the color was what threw me off. Lately my car has made some weird sounds so I got worried that something is about to break. I would not be able to afford another repair bill right now. The gas is expensive enough to just go to and from work! So I was thinking about the spots during the day, trying to figure out what in the world it was.
What in the world had I been smushing? As the later afternoon came and I was about to go to bed I could not get peace in my head about this, worrying that I may not be able to go to work the following morning. So I went out and took these pictures and posted on facebook asking for people’s thoughts about it. I got some funny answers such as an Octopus and a Blue Dragon but it didn’t take long until the simple answer bird poop came up. In the beginning it was a little bit too easy for me. The color didn’t line up for me but then the comments said that the bird must have eaten some blue colored berries and that’s what made the color. Yeah, that sounds of reasonable I guess. Starting to feel a little bit stupid that my mind was not even close to that simple answer. In the same time a relief that I would probably be able to drive the car without any problem. So I could go to sleep. And correctly, my car was absolutely drivable both to and from work and when I got home I looked over on one of my neighbors up the street and what do I see? A bush with some dark colored berries… I feel so dumb. How in the world could I not figure that out? My mind was into either an ink pen, a mouse but I didn’t see the rest of the body, maybe a bird took it? Not even with that crazy thought bird poop came into my mind. Nor did I think about the tree that is just above the parking spot and the amount of times I’ve had bird poop on my windshield…
Sometimes my head is simply not screwed on correctly, I am missing a switch. This was absolutely one of those times. Thanks to all that are smarter than me and could tell me this simple answer!!!
Sincerely
“Dumbell”
