It feels amazing! We had our first CERT event for over a year! It was a little 5K race in McLendon-Chisholm that we have worked traffic control for several years. And it was finally back! It was awesome! Masks were supposed to be worn but it was outdoors so no one was very thoroughly with that. Especially not the runners!

Great teamwork with McLendon-Chisholm Fire department in a little muggy morning but it was really awesome temperatures for the runners. Mostly, the feeling of the world coming back to somewhat normal, that was amazing!
