Yesterday was finally the day I’ve been waiting for! We are heading on a ski trip to Colorado! We are a group of 14 people, most of us working in EMS. It will be a blast! Yes, I have skied but it was 24 years ago!!! I pray that I will come back without any broken bones but with a lot of fun memories!

Four car left Texas yesterday morning first heading to Oklahoma for lunch and then further on to Colorado Springs where we have spent the night. The music was popping and off we went! We stayed at a couple of places on the road to see a monument and a interesting and beautiful rest stop.

After 15+ hours we finally made it to our stop for the night in Colorado Springs. A good night sleep and we are soon heading off to Silverthorn where we will ski for a couple of days.
