I saw on Instagram that some Clydesdales was visiting Athens yesterday. I had to go and do some shopping and I figured I would do it there and then go and see these big, beautiful things before heading to my CERT event.

It was Express Clydesdales that was promoting their staffing firm and they had three of their horses with them.

This boy was an attention seeker. He wanted to chew on everything possible so it wasn’t easy to get a good selfie with him. The other one was just not interested in anything else than the hay.

But they had one horse out for photo ops and of course, I couldn’t turn that down.

Yes, he is 5 years old (I don’t remember his name) and he is taller than me! And I am 173cm (5’68”). I’m talking about the horse of course, not the guy holding him… well the guy was nice too btw!

One day I want to have two of these so I can have my own team and then Twix can be the perfect Dalmatian mascot, right? I think he would like that…
