I can’t believe that it is already 12 years since we moved from Sweden to Texas. So much have happened during these years. Good and bad. I am not going to do a recap of all these years but what I can say it that it has truly just flown by.

I often get the question if I consider moving back to Sweden and the answer is no. I have my life here in the states now and unless there is a very good reason, I have no plans of leaving. Yes I am lonely here but I have to adjust to that and make myself social.
I thou wish I could go back and visit. I haven’t been back for 5 years and that is a while. I just want to go back for a week, see friends, eat some Swedish food, speak some Swedish and I believe I’ll be pleased with that! But it costs quite a lot of money to travel so I will have to save or buy a couple of lottery tickets and hope for the best…

I have been much happier today. I got a couple of hours of good sleep before I had to get to work. Work was good and not too crazy. Came home to the dogs and that’s basically it. No big celebrations today… just another Sunday where another year has passed…
