I didn’t intend to do such a tough workout, it just turned out that way. I had my mind on doing the gym first thing in the morning so I had that done. Well to get the feel I decided to walk to the gym, it’s not that far. I had to take a detour to the mailbox but it didn’t make any major difference anyway…
Then I started with the rowing machine. For some reason I find it easier to start with that, probably because it hits the muscles that are the weakest for me.
Then I continued with the elliptical machine. That was a little harder, I had a random program on so the difficulty was all over the place. It was a lot of fun though and I could feel it giving a good workout for me!
I don’t think that this app on Iphone gives the correct reflection of the elliptical since its sitting… anyway… since I walked there I had to walk home as well but it wasn’t hard.
When I came home I looked at my yard and realized it had to be mowed. Welll, I was already sweaty and hot so I could as well just get it done right away! The heat started to make itself noted but it was still before lunch and it doesn’t take that long time. So out with the mower and I got it done!
It was so nice to have all that done! I could take a shower and relax for the rest of the afternoon knowing that it was done! Yay me!
